The farm Santa Marina can be dated to 1913. Almost a century later, in 2008, the dear and late Tanino Messineo starts the archaeological excavations inside it and in 2020 the Calderaro/ Burgio family acquires the property also taking over the farm already in organic mode. The Santa Marina estate is a small treasure chest of wonder and simply spending time inside can be considered an experience! Lucia, as a welcoming hostess, will show us the estate, passing through the olive trees that are used annually to produce the "Santa Marina" brand oil. Walking through the rows, we will also visit the ancient stone mill, the ancient archaeological excavations of Santa Marina and a unique secular olive tree over 300 years old . We will taste a unique lunch based on products grown at the estate (which we could pick also in the day) and of course not miss the tasting of oil, protagonist of all dishes!  To enrich our day it is possible to organize workshops within the estate itself, in collaboration with other artisans and producers of the territory.
